I’ll say “I think I want to do something about…(fill in the blank).” She asks questions, taps into her vast knowledge of products and services and comes up with solutions that fit my eye, budget and style. If I don’t agree, she’ll go back to the drawing board and eventually will always find the right solution. She is incredibly dedicated to task, always goes the extra mile and is unfailingly pleasant.
